By booking a massage with Rightbody massage clinic you agree to the following T&C’s.
Booking your appointment
You can make an appointment with Rightbody massage clinic via our website, telephone or email. Upon making a booking, you will receive an email or text confirmation, along with a Booksy email or text reminder 1 day prior to your appointment. Booking reminders are purely complimentary and clients are responsible for keeping track of their own appointments.
To secure your booking with Rightbody massage clinic via the online booking system, you will be required to enter your card details to secure your booking. No fee will be taken at the time of booking. If you do not wish to book via the website, you are able to book via telephone or email. You will be required to pay 100% of your treatment price in advance to secure your booking. A secure payment link will be sent to you via text message for the full amount of your treatment price. Failure to pay this within 48 hours of your booking, will result in your booking being cancelled.
First time clients will be required to complete a consultation form on arrival. It is the client's responsibility to disclose accurate and true medical and personal information, given to the best of their knowledge and to keep Rightbody fully acquainted with any change in details of medication, symptoms, medical concerns or treatments for which they are presently being investigated or undergoing treatment.
Treatments are available for children. Any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Rightbody has the right to cancel or reschedule a treatment, without prior notice, if the room or environment is deemed unsuitable, or if the therapist is taken ill and unable to work.
Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No shows
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours.
Please cancel as soon as possible if an event, or illness is likely to prevent you from attending your appointment. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, will result in you being charged your 50% booking fee. The credit/debit card that you provided at the time of booking will be charged accordingly.
No Shows:
Last minute cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend an appointment (“no-shows”) will result in the client being charged 50% of their treatment price. The credit/debit card that you provided at the time of booking will be charged accordingly. This is necessary as we will almost certainly not be able to fill your appointment slot at short notice.
Late Arrivals:
Late clients will still be charged their full treatment price, their treatment time may be reduced, as to not interrupt or delay other client’s appointments.
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate late arrivals, failure to arrive within 20 minutes of the scheduled appointment time will result in the cancellation (no-show) of the appointment, and 50% of your treatment price will be charged to the client as per our Cancellation Policy above.
How to cancel an appointment.

Reschedule your appointment
You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment is due. This should be done via the online booking system or by telephone or text. We reserve the right not to allow reschedule of appointments with less than 24 hours' notice.
Payments
Rightbody massage clinic accepts payment in cash, credit/debit cards, or via bank transfer. All treatment must be paid for in full before the client leaves the premises.
In the event that a client fails to pay for their treatment, cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fails to show up for booked appointment, Rightbody massage clinic will automatically charge the credit/debit card provided at the time of booking for the full cost of the treatment. If full payment is made prior to treatment and the client cancels their appointment, giving less than 24 hours' notice, or is a no show. 50% of the treatment price will be refunded back to the client.
Inappropriate behaviour
Rightbody massage clinic holds the right to refuse any treatment where a client is physically or verbally abusive, or demonstrates inappropriate, aggressive or sexual behavior. Such behavior may result in the client being asked to leave, and a total ban from Bodyright massage clinic. Where appropriate, such behaviors could result in civil and/or criminal legal proceedings. Clients who are a physically or verbally abusive, or demonstrates inappropriate, aggressive or sexual behaviour and who are subsequently asked to leave the premises, will be charged in full for their treatment.
